About the Position:

The Administrative Assistant will offer administrative management support to the executive staff. The position will provide support in following areas:

  • Conference and event management coordination
  • Exhibitor support
  • Maintain and coordinate conference speaker confirmations
  • Data mining sources of sales leads by compiling excel lists, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting data from publications, trade show directories, and websites
  • EMBS data entry
  • Maintain Formstack files
  • Coordinate outgoing direct mail campaigns
  • Assist with the production of printed marketing materials
  • Formatting documents¬†
  • Answering incoming calls and inquires
  • Distributing mail
  • Planning and scheduling meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned

Basic Requirements:

  • BS/ BA degree
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Time Management
  • Scheduling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fast creative thinker
