Marketing Coordinator:

About the Position:

The Marketing Coordinator will offer management and marketing support to the Vice President of Marketing and executive staff. The position will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement multiple trade shows, conferences, and events. 
The position will provide support in following areas:

  • Day-to-day marketing operations including audience and exhibitor promotion campaigns, advertising, and other special projects
  • Assist in trade and conference events while managing all logistics within project timeline
  • Social media management
  • Website development
  • Copywriting
  • Review externally promoted materials prior to marketing release ensuring branding protocol
  • Assist with the production of printed marketing materials
  • Maintain and coordinate conference speaker confirmations
  • Coordinate outgoing direct mail and email campaigns
  • Compose press releases
  • Data mining sources of sales leads by compiling excel lists, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting data from publications, trade show directories, and websites
  • Exhibitor support
  • EBMS data entry
  • Formatting documents 
  • Researching competitive events

Basic Requirements:

  • BS/ BA degree in Marketing, Event Management or related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Time Management
  • Proficiency in  Microsoft Office
  • Fast creative thinker
  • Prior knowledge of events, trade shows and/or marketing
  • Possible travel required
