E.J. Krause & Associates to partner with IANA and NITL to produce the Intermodal Expo/TransComp shows
Bethesda, MD, January 31, 2005 - E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. (EJK), a worldwide tradeshow management company, is pleased to announce their partnership with the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) and the National Industrial Transportation League (NITL). EJK will manage the Associations' co-located events, IANA's Intermodal Expo and NITL's TransComp, beginning with the 2005 shows scheduled to take place November 12-15 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.
TransComp and Intermodal Expo will remain NITL- and IANA-sponsored events, under the control of both associations. EJK will manage the exhibit sales and on-site operations of both shows, to increase the exhibitors' value and bring a more cohesive look and feel to the events.
Ned Krause, EJK President, said "I am delighted that EJK has forged this new partnership with IANA and NITL. Our staff will be working to grow both shows. I particularly look forward to expanding these events into the international market as we have successfully done with other EJK ventures."
In a joint statement, IANA President, Joni Casey, and NITL President, John Ficker, said "We chose E.J. Krause because of their outstanding reputation, and for the professional resources that will be committed to our events. Our valued, long-standing exhibitors deserve the best customer service possible and we want to ensure them that that's exactly what they will continue to receive. Additionally, EJK's significant international presence also was a factor in our decision – we plan on strategizing with them to increase international participation at the shows."
