E.J. KRAUSE & ASSOCIATES CRUISES INTO INDIA

September 4, 2007 - E.J. Krause & Associates has announced the launch of PORT & SHIP INTERNATIONAL INDIA 2008. This event is scheduled for October 23-25, 2008 in Mumbai. It will be a comprehensive international exhibition and conference for the complete Indian maritime industry. Mumbai is both the financial capital of India and one of its largest ports.

The event will be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon and is organized by E.J. Krause & Associates in collaboration with INTER ADS Exhibitions Pvt Ltd. (India).

Mr. Ned Krause, President of E.J. Krause & Associates, commented that "With India's rapid growth in international trade, there is a critical need for rapid infrastructure expansion and modernization in the maritime sector." He further noted that with E.J. Krause & Associates worldwide offices and international marketing team, "We will be able to bring to India the best representatives of the world's maritime industry."

India has a vast coastline of approximately 7500 kilometers and is among the fastest growing economies in the world. Because of this it is has enormous potential to become a maritime superpower. According to Mike Rosenberg, Vice President, E.J. Krause, "India is quickly becoming a global player, committing $100 billion dollars in infrastructure development over the next ten years. Expansion and modernization of its maritime sector will be key to its success." He further said, "PORT & SHIP INTERNATIONAL INDIA will provide a platform for the Indian and global maritime sector to showcase and exhibit modern technologies and opportunities for initiating collaboration among world leaders in this sector." A world class international conference will accompany the exhibition.
